Purachic Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Purachic! We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the conditions outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.

Please note: Discounted items are excluded from our standard return policy and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a defect or an error in delivery.

3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt and approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note: The return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise indicated. The original shipping costs will be refunded only if the entire order is returned.

4. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalized or custom-made items.

Items that perish or age quickly.

Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

Discounted items can only be returned if they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

Important: Always keep your shipping receipt when returning an item. This serves as proof that you have sent the item back within the specified timeframe.
